OUR RETURN POLICY
Orders shipped from US Foods Culinary Equipment & Supplies Distribution Center via FedEx:
  • You will receive a return label for shipping a product back to US Foods Culinary Equipment & Supplies. 
  • The return must be completed within 30 days of product delivery/receipt by you. 
  • The product must be new, unused and in the original carton.  If it is not, we will not be able to accept the order as a return. 
  • Steps to return: 
    • Place the label on the carton.  Contact FedEx at 888-777-6040 to arrange a pick up.  You may also drop off the package at a local FedEx Express site.  Locations for FedEx can be found at www.Fedex.com
    • Retain the bottom of the label.  This provides you with tracking information on the package being returned.
    • Credit will be given to your US Foods account or your Credit Card account within 10 days of receipt of your product at US Foods Culinary Equipment & Supplies. 
    • A restock fee may be charged for these returns. 
  • Extra labels may be ordered by calling 800-328-9400.

 
Orders shipped from US Foods Culinary Equipment & Supplies Distribution Center via Truck or Orders shipped directly from the manufacturer:

  • Call our Customer Service team at 800-328-9400 to arrange for return authorization and merchandise pick-up. 
  • Merchandise that is shipped directly from the manufacturer is subject to a factory restocking charge. 
  • Used items, custom manufactured and made-to-order merchandise are not returnable. 
  • The customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways, unless it is a US Foods Culinary Equipment & Supplies or supplier issue.
